There, Professor Charles Xavier helped her not only to learn to control her considerable telekinetic abilities, but to also develop her latent telepathic abilities as well. She join the first class of X-Men know then as Marvel Girl and has since graduated the institute with a doctorate in psychology and has adopted the new codename of Psyche.
She has been a constant at the Xaviers, helping the school to grow into an institute and the professor to pursue his dream dream of a world where mutants and human beings can peaceful coexist; She is considered by many to be the heart of the institute

While not a hacker or computer programmer, Psyche possesses asolid skillset when it comes to operating and maintaining a computer and personal networks such as one might find at home or in their car. Her natural intelligence is a proven asset when running advanced data analysis or modeling/sequencing/simulation programs, primarily related to epidemiology. However, the skills are very transferable and she has been able to adapt her skills to be a moderately competent with attempting utilizing old technology like programming her parents VCR clock.

Since enrolling in the Xavier Institute, Eva as been exposed to various forms of self-defense, hand-to-hand combat, and several forms of the martial arts. And while she has yet to settle into a particular course of combat training with the intent to master, she has learned the basics of how to handle herself in a fight, both offensively and defensively. She knows how to throw a punch, roll with a fall, and how best to dodge an oncoming physical assault. Her training has also extended to firearms, enough so that she can competently handle most small sidearms (guns); She has some training with using knives in hand to hand combat.

Psyche is a trained psychologist specializing in childhood development. As such she is skilled with administering emergency medical first aid and battlefield triage as well as diagnosis, treatment, surgery and long-term care equal to that of any EMT.
